Telemetry explains symptoms
Metrics, logs, and traces are essential, but they often confirm impact after a customer journey has already failed.
Active Reliability Validation Platform
Script. Test. Monitor. Analyze.
Observability tells you what systems are doing. RealLoad proves customer journeys, APIs, batch jobs, and recovery workflows still work across releases, load, and live operations.
Platform overview
Watch a short walkthrough of how RealLoad connects reusable scripts, active monitoring, traceability, SLA evidence, and recovery verification.
The overview follows the platform from script creation and test execution through monitoring signals, evidence correlation, and operational response.
The reliability gap
RealLoad closes the space between passive telemetry, pre-release testing, production monitoring, audit evidence, and verified recovery.
Metrics, logs, and traces are essential, but they often confirm impact after a customer journey has already failed.
Regression, load, API, and browser tests are commonly separated from production monitoring and incident response.
Alerts can trigger action, but many teams still lack automated proof that the business flow is healthy again.
The 360-degree solution
Reuse the same assets across regression testing, load simulation, active monitoring, operational automation, compliance reporting, and post-incident validation.
Every script becomes an active signal that can run before a release, after deployment, on a schedule, during an incident, and after recovery.

RealLoad methodology
Create reusable flows
Run regression and load
Execute synthetics
Correlate evidence
Automate actions
Find failed business journeys before customers report them.
Use the same scripts across QA, SRE, operations, and compliance.
Repeat active checks after remediation to prove service health.
Reliability timeline
RealLoad connects the reliability workflow end to end, so test results, monitoring signals, recovery actions, and SLA evidence stay attached to the same business flow.
New release, configuration update, dependency change, or traffic event.
Execute reusable API, browser, load, and command-line checks.
Identify failed journeys, latency shifts, availability drops, and dependency errors.
Connect active checks with telemetry, traces, configuration history, and alerts.
Trigger controlled operational actions and route incidents to the right team.
Repeat the business-flow check and preserve evidence for reporting and audits.
Capabilities
RealLoad complements existing observability by continuously testing the actual customer journeys, service workflows, and operating procedures that matter to the business.
Continuously simulate user journeys, APIs, certificates, complex authentication, and plugin-based checks your services depend on.
Reuse real workflows for production-like traffic, multi-scenario workloads, private agents, and peak-event validation.
Place infrastructure, application, network, and dependency health beside active checks so symptoms and business impact stay connected.
Keep 430 days of execution data, complete configuration change traceability, and point-in-time monitoring reconstruction.
Detect failures, evaluate conditions, trigger operational actions, and verify recovery with repeat business-flow checks.
Use proxy recording, HAR conversion, API tests, Selenium, JUnit, Playwright browser automation, REST, SOAP, async flows, and any command-line executable.
Stack fit
RealLoad works alongside telemetry, dashboards, alerting, incident management, CI/CD, and automation systems. It adds an active signal that answers the operational question: did the critical workflow really work?
Deploy RealLoad your way
Operate from the RealLoad platform with standard agent locations.
Blend cloud services with private measuring agents.
Run inside enterprise networks where traffic and data must stay local.
Deploy on AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or customer-managed regions.
Measuring agents can be deployed at any geographical location and become operational within minutes.

Story & Team
RealLoad Pty Ltd was founded by David Fischer and Michele (Mike) Lucini, combining decades of expertise across performance testing, monitoring, system integration, and cloud infrastructure.
David created Proxy Sniffer, later known as Apica Zebra Tester, and has spent more than 25 years building enterprise performance engineering tools. Mike brings deep system integration and cloud infrastructure experience, including early pay-as-you-go performance testing delivery on AWS.
Sreejith Sreenivasan later joined as a strategic partner to lead RealLoad's product vision and technical direction, bringing more than 18 years of high-performance software engineering experience and deep expertise in load testing and observability platforms.
Together, the team built RealLoad as a continuous validation platform for performance and regression testing, synthetic and system monitoring, traceability, and automated recovery. The first GA version shipped in Q2 2022, followed by the first customer onboarding in Q1 2023.
The team behind RealLoad has delivered monitoring and performance validation solutions for global enterprise organizations, including major U.S. insurance providers, banking institutions, and media companies supporting mission-critical systems that demand high reliability and continuous availability.
